The soundbar and the subwoofer power on, seen by the TV but no sounds. No sounds coming out when connected to the TV. It connects to Bluetooth easily but no sounds. Connected with HDMI and then with optical cable but no sound. When you pressed Home on the remote, soundbar not coming up on HDMI input.

There is a crack at the back of the soundbar and marks, scratches on both the soundbar and subwoofer. As seen in the pictures. Comes in a neutral box with power cables for both the soundbar and subwoofer. And comes with remote control too.
