These are 3D printed parts, not molded parts. If you do not know how to fix your headphone, please do not order. You will get two pieces, an inside hinge and an outside hinge.

Product: Sony MDR-1000X/Sony MDR-1000XM2, WH-1000xM2 Inside and Outside Hinge. 3 D printed headband Inside hinge for Sony MDR-1000X/Sony MDR-1000XM2. Printed in 0.05mm resolution. Material used is PETG with glass transition temperature of 88C(PLA is 60C), that means you can wear it to places where you can stand the heat.

Leaving it in a car under a hot summer sun should be fine but please place it under a shade(May not suitable for Champagne color). We offer Black , Warm White and Champagne colors.

Please note what color do you want. For any other colors, please allow one or two days print time. It fits either left or right side. Very sturdy, elastic and strong unlike the original hinge. PETG is the material used to make plastic soda bottle.

You can torture and bend it but it will not break easily. We print in very high resolution of 50 micron(0.05mm), it shows fine texture on the surface. It is invisible from a distance. This is not a molded part.

All what you need to do to repair your headband is to remove the broken piece, screw the earphone to the replacement part, slide the replacement part to the original hinge then screw both pieces together and your headphone will work just like new. It is bendable and adjustable.

For typical usages, just slide outside piece to the inside piece and then they will hold each other. For a stronger bound between pieces, you need to glue them just like the original.
