This item is USED and TESTED. There is minor smudges on the front of the unit. This is shown in pictures #1 and #2. The device has been factory reset. I have tested connectivity via both Bluetooth and while connected to my own wireless network, over AirPlay. Please review Bose manual on how to setup this device. It did take me a bit to figure out how to properly connect and utilize the media center.
