Vizio SB3621n-E8 36 2.1 Channel Soundbar System - Bluetooth Enabled - Wireless Subwoofer. After talking to Vizio, we removed the front off the subwoofer, and were surprised to find that the subwoofer itself had one of the two plugs unconnected. We tightened up the plug, checked the other one and re-connected the subwoofer.

We hooked it up to my bedroom tv, and used it for a week. The removal of the sub face did leave some light marks, see pics.

The sound bar and the sub were cleaned up and repacked into the original box.
